school & love

I haven't blogged in what feels like ages! Life gets to busy sometimes! I can't believe February is already halfway over! Where does the time go??
I can't believe this is my last semester in college. At least as an undergrad. I feel like I've been in school forever! I guess 19 years is a long time...but I can get through the next 2 1/2 months and then I will be GRADUATED! I have senioritis and spring fever so badly right now. I made the Dean's List last semester and I'm trying to use that as motivation to do well this semester as well.
Enough about school. Valentine's Day is this week!! Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays and has been for such a long time! I enjoy seeing everyone being so open to love and going out of their way to show the people that matter to them how much they love them. I just love how much love goes around from Valentine's Day. I know there's a lot of love during Christmas, but I think this is different. Presents are exchanged, but I think it's more sentimental and not as flashy. I love being able to share my favorite day with my best friend who puts up with how much I love and get obsessed over this holiday. He knows how important it is to me and does such a great job of making sure I have the best day. I'm excited for this year, we get to spend a huge chunk of the day together. He is the best and I love him so much for it! I just need to finish making my Valentine's Day treats!
