Snow storm in a jar

Today in preschool, we made a SNOWSTORM in a jar. And it was AWESOME!!

What you do:

Fill a jar 3/4 full of baby oil
In a bowl, mix warm water and white paint (enough to turn the water white)
Add water/paint mixture to jar
Add a little glitter
Give each child a piece of an alka seltzer tablet to take turns adding to the jar.

Watch the snow storm!

23!

It was mikes birthday last Thursday and we had so much fun! He had to work late so I made him general tso's chicken with potstickers, smoothies, and brownies for dessert. We actually got to eat dinner together and then watched a movie! On Friday, we went out to dinner and then had another movie night. And best of all, we got to spend all of Sunday together...seeing each other that often is not usual for us. I loved it, every bit of it! It was so awesome to get to spend so much time together!

On a side not, I've already read 8 books this year!!
